Life's hum drum
Drumming in the ears
With no respite
The white noise of life.
Ear drums constantly fluttering
Neurons tiredly uttering
Eyes stare into no where
No end in sight

The koels song over the din
Happy laugh of children
A little seed struggling to sprout
A fleeting fight
Drowns in the white noise of life.
