After all the agitation against corruption, we might have a very strong law, however I would like to measure the success of any law by the effectiveness i.e. delivering the justice.
In the past we had a very strong anti terrorism law-TADA, however that did not help us in curbing the terrorism. POTA in Maharashtra is also not helping (Mumbai blasts).
Apart from setting strong laws, need of the hour is to shape our culture as well - a culture that believes in being just. Justice to all no matter what the cost is. Justice even when we have to break a few laws (including the strong ones)!
